Get Your Party Started provides a large variety of the most unique handcrafted invitations. Our creative use of everyday items will make your invitation extraordinary.  Your party is our inspiration; from elegant to whimsical to outrageous, we are ready for your special request.  Below are summaries of just some of the services provided with descriptions of typical packages available.

Once you decide you are ready to order your invitation, fill out the "Invitation Questionnaire" or contact me directly either via email cynthia@getyourpartystarted.net or phone  847-322-9666.  Please briefly include the type of event, general feel you want to achieve, theme, and colors. I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your free initial consultation. We can talk on the phone or meet at a location convenient for you such as a local coffee shop.

After our initial consultation, my team and I will design several sample invitations for your review. This will take approximately 7-10 days, at which point we can schedule your sample consultation. Working closely with you, we will then revise the sample to create the perfect invitation for you.  

After you choose and approve your invitation, handscrafting the invitation will take approximatley two-three weeks.

Pricing: 

Because each invitation is created and handcrafted especially for you, pricing will vary. During our first consultation, we will discuss your vision and your budget.  You will be provided with a variety of sample choices which will vary in price, of course, staying within the pre-determined budget.

Since all your sample invitations are one-of-a-kind and handcrafted especially for you, a $25 non-refundable deposit is requested at the sample consultation. However, the $25 deposit will be deducted from the final balance of your invitation order.

Upon deciding and approving your one-of-a-kind invitation, a 50% deposit is requested to begin handcrafting your invitations. The balance is due upon delivery of your invitations.
